National Federation of the Blind
The National Federation of the Blind of New Mexico offers yearly scholarships to legally blind students attending any college, university, or vocational school.
Scholarship applicants must be registered and present at the state convention in order to receive a scholarship. Winners will be notified two weeks prior to the convention, which is held April 4-6, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM.

Memorial Medical Center Auxiliary Healthcare Scholarship Application - 2014 Spring Semester
Completed applications are due in the Memorial Medical Center Auxiliary Office by December 18, 2013.
Applications can be picked up in the Financial Aid Office at the East Mesa Center, DASR building, room 109. Or, in the Health and Public Services Office at Central Campus, DAHL building, room 190.
The Memorial Medical Center Auxiliary offers scholarships to area college students who:
- Are legal residents of NM, with permanent residence within 100 miles of Las Cruces
- Sophomore or above
- Enrolled in an accredited healthcare program
- Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
- Maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
