How to register


Registration/Cancellation/Refund Information

Please do not show up on the day of class to register.

Seminar Registration Form

Registration is required at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to the class start date. Early registration is encouraged to ensure enrollment in the class and to prevent cancellation due to low enrollment.

Note: Payment is due at time of registration. You are not enrolled in class until we have received your cash or check, purchase order number, or authorization to charge your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Checks must be made out to Customized Training. If your tuition is to be paid by your employer we can bill your organization/company when the purchase order is received in advance.

You will be notified only if the class is full or cancelled.

Please include full name, mailing address, company name (if applicable), class title, date of class (if more than one session offered), and method of payment.
